Vani (Dani’s given name) is the creator of Sattva Vinyasa and Sattva Therapy methods and teacher training programs. She has practiced yoga since 1995. Having studied Integral, Tantra and Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Prana Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Her creation of Sattva Vinyasa, the regenerative flow, emerged from her decade of work as a yoga therapist and 20 years of personal practice.
