This is the second part of a four-part series based on the Jivamukti fundamentals curriculum.

You'll begin this class with a classic Jivamukti warm-up, and after that, explore a balanced sequence that places special emphasis on forward bends such as paschimottanasana (western stretch pose), janu sirsasana (head to knee pose), and agnistambhasana (fire log pose).

Class concludes with a guided relaxation.
