Let's practice savasana on our side! Join Anamargret for this decadent restorative version of the classic relaxation pose. This seven-minute class will leave you feeling restored and renewed so that you can tackle the day ahead! It would also make a great end-of-day wind-down pose. Stay anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.

Props: 4-5 blankets (or pillows), a block, a bolster.
