Join Sandy in this lovely, reassuring sequence of small, simple movements that bring attention to areas of the body that we may often forget about (such as musculature of the face, eyes, mouth, and neck). This sequence aims to free the flow of healing energy throughout the body, maintain range of motion, release muscular tension, and reconnect the mind to the body through the breath.
