Class Description

In this class, you'll work with squats that are reminiscent of yoga poses (“deep squats”) as well as single- and double-leg squats in different planes. 

This type of work can contribute quite a lot to our functional mobility—our ability to walk around and bend and move in different directions in daily life—and requires a bit of coordinated effort from the glutes and hamstrings!
