Strength of Being: Yoga Postures for Core Stability

Create core stability with this 25-minute alignment-based class that focuses on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles and the lower back. You'll practice a supine twist, plank variations, a side plank variation, belly-down backbends, and bridge pose. Class concludes in savasana.

Christina reminds us that core work is more than physical. Working with the core of the body can help us find inner strength. She says: "Remember what makes you strong and what's most deep and true for you."
