The 5 Prana Vayus: Udana in Practice

Bring your spiritual practice to fruition with the help of udana vayu! Udana is strongly concentrated in the throat and head and helps us express ourselves through speech and other communication. Even more important, this energy uplifts us spiritually. To work with udana vayu, follow this sequence that includes simple stretching and strengthening exercises for the neck, as well as the lion pose and a restorative bridge pose.
