The Down-Dog Days of Summer

The dog days refer not to the heat, but to the stars and the constellation rising in the night sky in late July or August. These lights remind us of our own inner lights, constellations, and points of energy. We can use this time of year to practice asanas, breathing, and meditation that reclaims our cooling inner luminosity.
