Turn the World Upside Down: Intermediate Inversion Cycles
Experienced yogis: Grab three blankets, have a wall nearby, unroll your mat, and get ready for a challenging 30-minute inversion practice.
You'll do three timed rounds of handstand and forearmstand at the wall: one for 30 seconds, the next for 60, and the final for 90. You'll also learn leg variations in forearmstand and explore shoulderstand away from the wall.
