Twisted lunges and downward facing dogs are linked to Virabhadrasana 1 (warrior 1), Parsvakonasana (side angle pose) and Vasisthasana (side plank) variation through a core activating flow. Complete the practice by working into your hips in hanumanasana (full splits) and malasana (squat). Progressive and unique movements into challenging poses will inspire you to step outside of your comfort zone in this advanced sequence.
