Viniyoga Structural Class

August 23, 2017    BY Gary Kraftsow

Explore the Viniyoga principles of breath-centric asana in a class that focuses on structural pose adaptations and combines repetition and stay (active holding).

Move through dynamic postures with progressively longer breath counts as the sequence unfolds.

This practice, designed to be enjoyed in the morning, will leave you feeling energized and ready to start your day. Class concludes with a guided relaxation and then savasana.
