Visualization Practice to Stay Grounded

Feel grounded, steady, and anchored with this short practice. Using the breath and visualization to engage apana vayu, the descending pranic force in the body, you will move energy down the spine and into the center of the earth, grounding yourself and letting the earth receive and destroy any toxins or negativity you release to it. You will come out of the practice ready to navigate the stream of life with more grace, ease, and equanimity.
