The yoga of awareness, kundalini yoga is accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and skill levels. It’s a dynamic, powerful yoga for experiencing your own soul.

Taught for hundreds of years and brought to the west in the late 1960’s by Yogi Bhajan, practitioners have long-turned to kundalini yoga for its many health benefits, including lower stress levels, balanced glandular systems, reduced stress, expanded lung capacity, and a strengthen nervous system. It’s even been found to improve memory.
