Reconnect to your heart, body, and mind with this yin yoga practice that focuses on the kidney meridian (a line of energy that extends from the middle toe, travels up through inner thighs, through kidney area, to the torso). Begin with hip openers, breathe through forward folds, and ground into a calming final savasana
