Yin Yoga for Deep Relaxation

Treat yourself to this hour-long yin yoga practice for deep relaxation. Begin in savasana, and gently ease into a series of inner and outer hip stretches, releasing also any lower back stresses. Breathe through pigeon pose, and find greater length along the sides of the waist in downward dog. For the final relaxation, try using two blankets for greater support. Then enjoy the benefits of a deep, quieting meditation.
