Yin Yoga Intro Class
Join Ellen Mosko for an introduction to yin yoga. Ellen will explain the basics and benefits of yin, and then you'll experience what sets this practice apart from more active practices. This class features long, juicy holds in floor postures (butterfly pose, sphinx pose, and child's pose) and concludes in a restful savasana.

Ellen has been practicing yoga since 1998 and began teaching in 2003. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT/500 and alongside weekly classes has taught workshops, teacher trainings, retreats and mentoring programs.
