This yin yoga sequence is designed to help you calm your mind and open through your shoulders and the sides of your body.

You'll practice nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), praying mantis pose, child's pose, and head to knee pose variations before concluding in savasana.

Feel into the mood of your body as you release into the poses.
