Yin Yoga Tutorial: Sphinx Pose

In this three-minute video, Ellen demonstrates the sphinx pose yin yoga style. Stimulate the movement of qi (vital energy) with this pose's chest and shoulder opening and learn how to increase and decrease the intensity of the backbend.
