Yoga 101: Build Strength in Your Standing Poses
Join Dana for this 60-minute beginner class that focuses on strengthening the lower body in classic standing poses. Warm up with leg lifts in cow balance, and move into tree pose, side angle pose, triangle pose, pyramid pose, and more. Class will conclude with a guided relaxation. Enjoy!

Dana is a 200 & 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher by the Himalayan Institute. She also holds her Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Certification and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
