This is a slow-flow mini-practice for anyone who wants to do a little yoga but doesn't have a whole lot of time. This class is modified for yogis in larger bodies, but everyone is welcome to enjoy this practice and make it their own. "You have to do what's best for your body every time, all the time," Dianne reminds us. "Give yourself permission to come as you are, to use what you have, and to do what you can."
