Yoga for Emergency Responders

April 23, 2015    BY Shari Friedrichsen

Emergency responders—firefighters, police officers, EMTs, emergency room doctors and nurses—this practice is for you. Then move into an asana series, incorporating triangle, balancing half-moon, revolved triangle, chair pose, and crocodile to help release pent-up tension.
