Join Beth for a 45-minute class designed for people living with fibromyalgia. You'll work with your breath and explore slow-paced, moderate movements on your mat and on a chair. You'll also get to do restorative poses and practice nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) before closing the sequence with a short guided meditation.
Recommended props: 2 blocks, 2-3 blankets, and 1-2 bolsters
