Bring ease and openness to your hamstrings and shoulders with this all-levels class. Start with a sankalpa—an intention for your practice—and then move through sun salutations followed by standing, lying, and sitting poses as you feel a sense of expansion and softening in your shoulders, back, and hamstrings. The session concludes with kapalabhati pranayama (done with the arms in 3 different positions) and a short meditation on the breath.
