You'll move through a tabletop series, a warrior series, and assisted bridge as you release the tensions that bind you so that you can rediscover your own courage, stability, and enthusiasm—inside and outside the classroom.

Teaching yoga for more than 38 years, Shari Friedrichsen, a key facilitator of the Himalayan Institute teacher certification program and a member of the 500-hour teacher training faculty at 8 Limbs Yoga in Seattle, Washington, teaches classes, seminars and trainings worldwide.
