Yoga for the 5 Elements: Space
Space is the fifth element and is concentrated at the area of the throat. The space element governs our expression and voice and supports all the other elements. Use this simple routine to bring awareness and strength to the muscles of the neck and discover more space to find your own voice. Learn to define and create a container to hold the space of the head and throat, and practice simasana (lion’s pose) to get rid of anything that is not useful. Conclude the practice with a short relaxation.
