Yoga nidra es un conjunto de técnicas que te ayudarán a relajar profundamente mente, cuerpo y consciencia.  Estas técnicas te ayudan a combatir el insomnio, ya que te permiten tomar distancia de las preocupaciones y de otras causas de estrés que no te dejan dormir o que te despiertan en la noche.
