Learn how to alleviate sciatic nerve pain. In this practice, Shari (who has recovered from sciatica herself) leads you through a practice that helps you to stretch and strengthen the piriformis, as well as the gluteals, and promotes flexibility and stability (rather than weakness and gripping). You will also learn vital tips about what to do and not do when sciatic nerve pain flares up.
