Yoga to Improve Digestion

Soothe and stimulate your digestive fire! This sequence uses movement with breath and includes a strong standing sequence and twists, toning your abdomen and lower back. The practice concludes with a 10-minute systematic relaxation. Props: 1 block (optional), 1 blanket (optional).
