Class Description

Cycling inherently involves repetitive motion in a forward-rounded posture. Whether you are an indoor cycling enthusiast or an outdoor triathlete, your performance and comfort will improve by exploring ranges of motion that cycling ignores.

In this Yoga Tune Up® class, you'll strengthen and mobilize the antagonist muscles of cycling and relieve upper-body tension that can result from this sport. It includes “rollout sessions” (where you'll explore myofascial release practices) and intermittent check-ins (where you'll do locust variations to assess the effectiveness of the work you've done). 

The intention for this class is: “I embody my body.”

The balls you'll need: 1 Yoga Tune Up® Coregeous Ball, 2 Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls (or Yoga Tune Up® Plus Balls), 1 Yoga Tune Up® Alpha Ball
