4 Weeks to Build Your Home Practice

If you're looking to start or re-boot a home practice (or simply looking to brush up on your yoga basics), join us for our brand new "Build Your Home Practice Challenge" with Luke Ketterhagen.

This four-week challenge is composed of four classes which build progressively on each other. You'll start small, and gradually make your way to a 60-minute complete daily practice. Week one's practice is 15 minutes, week two's practice is 30 minutes, week three's practice is 45 minutes, and week four's practice is 60 minutes. Not only will this challenge take you deeper into asana, pranayama, guided relaxation, and meditation, but it will help you to cultivate a lasting home practice habit!
