About the Challenge

This month, we've prepared a brand new month-long challenge for you: Daily Movement Meditations for Your Dosha with Shiva Rea!

Sign up today to get three Prana Flow pranam practices with Shiva: one to pacify vata, one to pacify pitta, and one to pacify kapha. Each class is 20 minutes or less, making it easy for you to commit to practicing daily.

 

Each day of the challenge, you can choose to do the practice that corresponds with your dosha (if you're unsure what your dosha is, take our dosha quiz to get an idea), or with your mood. For instance: 

If you're feeling:
Sluggish, lethargic, stagnant
Practice: 
The dynamic and energizing Prana Flow pranams for kapha.

If you're feeling:
Agitated or aggressive
Practice: 
The calming, heart-centered Prana Flow pranams for pitta. 

If you're feeling:
