The Busy Yogi Challenge

a 5-Day Challenge with Narween Otto

About the Challenge

Some days there is simply not enough time for a lengthy yoga practice.

Rather than set yourself up for defeat, or skip yoga entirely, why not get on your mat for a shorter (yet still effective) sequence? We invite you to sign up for "The Busy Yogi Challenge: 5-Days of Short and Complete Practices."

Some days there is simply not enough time for a lengthy yoga practice. Rather than set yourself up for defeat, or skip yoga entirely, why not get on your mat for a shorter (yet still effective) sequence? We invite you to sign up for “The Busy Yogi Challenge: 5-Days of Short and Complete Practices.”

Each day, for 5 days, you'll receive a complete 20-minute practice (emailed to you directly). You'll get something a little different each day, but nothing particularly flashy, showy, or fancy. The aim of this challenge  is to help you feel better in your body and more refreshed overall, both in asana and in daily life.

Narween Otto

Narween Otto is a mix of Vietnamese and Australian and calls NYC home. She has been a student of Yoga since 1995 and started teaching in Los Angeles in 2002 after receiving her certification in Anusara style yoga. In 2004 she traveled to India to live in the ashram of her Guru, Swami Chidvilasananda, teaching Hatha Yoga as her seva (selfless service) while studying meditation, yoga scripture and Ayurveda. Wanting to learn more about movement and to heal her own chronic low back issues Narween began to explore Pilates, first within the rigorous apprenticeship of Joseph Pilates’ protégé, Romana Kryzanoswka and later at Re:Ab with Brooke Siler.
