Rather than set yourself up for defeat, or skip yoga entirely, why not get on your mat for a shorter (yet still effective) sequence? We invite you to sign up for "The Busy Yogi Challenge: 5-Days of Short and Complete Practices."
Each day, for 5 days, you'll receive a complete 20-minute practice (emailed to you directly). You'll get something a little different each day, but nothing particularly flashy, showy, or fancy. The aim of this challenge is to help you feel better in your body and more refreshed overall, both in asana and in daily life.
