Class Description

A five-step meditation to help you feel the subtle movement of prana (vital energy) within.

In this guided seated meditation, you’ll begin with diaphragmatic breathing, followed by a body scan to release tension. After that, you’ll be guided toward greater breath awareness and invited to use a simple mantra (soham) in two different ways—to explore the luminosity of mind that resides in all of us.
