In this gentle chair and bed yoga class, you’ll focus on joint movement for mobility. Class begins with a seated chair warm-up that includes eye movements, facial massage, and more. After that, you’ll move to your bed where you’ll do hip circles, a reclined tree pose, side stretches, and a blanket-supported reclined twist.
Enjoy relaxing guided savasana, before concluding with alternate nostril breathing and a brief meditation.
Have a yoga mat and rolled or folded towel handy to support the curves of your back in the bed practice.
