Join Sandy for part three of her "Awakening the Radiant Body" series. Enjoy moving through empowering standing poses, tiptoe balance, a deep squat (malasana), boat pose (navasana), reverse table, seated twist (marichiasana), peacock pose (mayurasana), and much more. This 70-minute class concludes with a soothing guided relaxation and seated meditation.
