You’ll start seated in a chair with a guided body scan and sun salutes. After that, you'll practice standing sun salutes (where you’ll use the chair for stability and support), a standing pose sequence (where you'll only use the chair if you want to), belly-down backbends, bridge, and reclined twists.
Conclude in stonehenge, a restorative variation of savasana.
