Class Description

In this short class, you'll use variations of surya namaskar A and B to work with chaturanga dandasana in a few different ways to progress your practice of it, increasing both its strength and integrity. This may feel tough, but you'll take intermittent breaks in down dog and with feel-good chest stretches as you go.

When you're done, conclude in a deep and supportive heart opener to release the muscles you worked so hard.
