This class is all about exploring and playing with alignment nuances in crow pose and a restorative chest-opener that complements crow. It’s also about deep rest.
Andrea first offers suggestions for how to use props to advance your crow practice, especially if you’re not quite ready to take flight. Then you’ll move into the restorative pose where you’ll stay for a twenty-minute savasana.
