Diabetes Awareness

Class Description

Become more attuned to your body and prana (vital energy) in this class designed for people with diabetes.

You’ll do breath-focused slow-flow sequences that include forward bends, standing side bends and twists, ardha navasana (half boat pose), a shoulderstand variation, and more. Enjoy pausing along the way as Evan guides you to perceive sensation, circulation, heat, and any changes you may experience in your body and mind.
