This short at-the-wall practice features playful transition work where you'll move into and out of handstands from standing poses, such as half moon (ardha chandrasana), revolved triangle (parivrtta trikonasana), and revolved half moon (parivrtta ardha chandrasana).

Once you're done, sit comfortably and take some deep breaths.
