Class Description

In this transition-focused class, you'll get light on your feet by jumping forward and back in sun salutations (with options to practice handstands either at or away from the wall). You'll refine these jumps by turning them into floats, and after that, you'll add some “flying” into the mix with a dynamic practice of eka pada koundinyasana II.
