Class Description

In this slip-and-slide class, you'll explore “quarter vinyasas” (transitions often used to come into and out of seated poses), which integrate the following armbalances: lolasana (pendant pose), eka hasta bhujasana (leg-over-shoulder pose), and astavakrasana (eight-angle pose).

You'll want to wear a pair of socks and practice on a slippery surface for this one. When you're done, take some deep and slow breaths in virasana (hero pose).
