In this all-levels muscle-building class, you'll do 10 minutes of strengthening exercises for your core and back as Kathryn offers tips and modification suggestions along the way. Take this practice with you to the gym or try it at home.

For this class you'll need: TRX suspension trainer, Plyo or exercise ball, wall, yoga mat
