Train Your Crow: Strength-Building Bakasana Drills

Class Description

This 30-minute class will introduce you to a whole flock of crow variations!

You'll also explore creative entryways into each of them, which will become progressively more challenging—including transitions from blanket slides and sirsasana II.

You'll work hard, but there will be plenty of opportunities to pause and breathe!
