Primal Vinyasa: Yoga for Parents and Kids

Practice description

Annie begins with a fun story about how we can overcome challenges in creative ways. After that, you and your kid(s) will do lots of fun warm-ups—a game of catch, kid-friendly sun salutes, “squat dog double hops,” and more. You’ll also do running lunges, surfing movements, jumping patterns, a creative jack-in-the-box game, and more. Have a few soft toys or stuffed animals (or foam yoga blocks) available.
