Class Description

This slow-burn class, which will take you beyond traditional crunches, introduces subtle alignment cues for activating your core on all levels, from the deepest lumbar stabilizers to the most superficial layers. You'll practice plank with active spinal flexion, crow on your back, pulse and twist in boat, and more.
