Vinyasa for All: Celebrate Your Heart

Practice description

The theme of this customizable vinyasa class is “celebrating what your body can do.” You’ll begin with a feel-good seated warm-up. After that, you’ll get to play around with a knee-down chapasana (sugarcane pose), side plank variations, a “traveling tree” balance transition, and many other options for dynamic movement in and out of familiar poses.

Finally, you’ll wind down with a side-lying dancer pose, baddha konasana (bound angle pose), a seated pigeon, supine leg stretches, and more before resting in a savasana of your choice (Dianne offers you lots of comfy options).
