Think nimble; think quick! This class for athletes, which features unconventional flows, is about being light on your feet and spry of mind.
After warming up, you’ll move into a playful wall sequence that provides both a mental and physical challenge: malasana to skandasana to plank (with knee-to-tricep taps) to fallen star to half moon to extended side angle. Next, you’ll take that sequence away from the wall, adding in a few transitional flourishes and a few new balance poses.
All of this builds toward a fiery sequence that includes held leg extensions in tabletop before you conclude in a prone back-strengthening flow.
You’ll do a lot of challenging work in a short period of time, but with a sense of adventure and play, you’ll also have plenty of fun!
