Yoga for Heart Disease

Class Description

Make the transition from all your duties, activities, and business of the day to offer and receive the energy of the heart to and from a loved one. Through gentle exercises and restorative postures, you begin to learn to become present with the moment and the sensation of the body, to strengthen and open the shoulders to support the heart, and to use breath awareness to feel the entire body breathing.
