This gentle 40-minute practice for women focuses on exploring and activating the muscles at the pelvic floor—an area of the body which, on an energetic level, is said to contain shakti (creative power). Shari will guide you through this subtle yet profound work in a variety of classic poses: triangle pose, cat-cow, lunge, agni sara (essence of fire), dynamic bridge, and more.
